Lev Golosov

Owner/Founder

Lev Golosov is an entrepreneur and the driving force behind Garage Floor Masters. Originally from Yoshkar-Ola, Russia, Lev helped start the company in 2021 with a vision of transforming garages into clean, safe, and functional spaces for homeowners.

With five years of industry experience, Lev focuses heavily on delivering high quality service and making sure every customer walks away happy. His passion for helping people and building something meaningful has helped the company grow quickly while earning strong feedback from clients.

Lev is also a devoted husband and father of four. When he is not working, he enjoys camping, traveling, grilling outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Don Heaney

Lead Installer
Don Heaney serves as a Lead Installer at Garage Floor Masters and brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to the team. Born in California and raised across several states, Don also proudly served in the United States Navy before building a career across multiple trades, with much of his background in carpentry.

Don joined Garage Floor Masters a little over a year ago and has two years of direct industry experience. What he enjoys most about the work is the artistic side of transforming a garage floor into something both durable and visually striking.

Outside of work, Don is a musician who enjoys playing drums and spending time mountain biking. He is married with two children, two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, and values the strong family culture both at home and within the Garage Floor Masters team.

Evgenii Barykin

Production Manager
Evgenii has been with Garage Floor Masters since the very beginning and plays a key role in making sure every project meets the high standards our customers expect. Originally from overseas and now proudly calling Knoxville home, he has lived in the United States for the past seven years. Evgenii is married and shares his home with two cats.

With five years of industry experience, Evgenii takes pride in transforming dull, worn garages into clean, impressive spaces that homeowners can truly enjoy. Seeing the “wow” reaction from customers when a project is complete is what motivates him every day.

Outside of work, Evgenii enjoys spending time with friends and watching UFC fights. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results make him an important part of the Garage Floor Masters team.
