At Garage Floor Masters, we stand behind the quality of our products and our installation with a comprehensive limited warranty. We are committed to providing a beautiful, durable floor that gives you peace of mind for years to come.
20-Year Limited Residential Warranty
- Our floor coating materials are warranted to the original consumer purchaser against peeling/delamination from the concrete for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of work completion.
- The system is also warranted against staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, and gasoline that are promptly wiped up (within 20 minutes of a spill).
8-Year Limited Commercial Warranty
- Floor coating materials installed in commercial, industrial, or business-use buildings are warranted to the original consumer purchaser against peeling/delamination from the concrete for a period of eight (8) years from the date of work completion.
- This warranty also covers staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, and gasoline that are promptly removed (wiped up within 20 minutes of a spill).
1-Year Labor Warranty
- For all installations (residential and commercial), Garage Floor Masters will provide repair or replacement labor free of charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of work completion.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and Garage Floor Masters will not be responsible for, the following:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Staining or peeling caused by cracking of the concrete substrate, a defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure, or high moisture vapor transmission levels.
- Damage from improper repairs, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from battery acid, brake fluid, or other harsh industrial fluids not explicitly covered.
- Damage resulting from accidents, casualties, or natural disasters.
General Terms & Conditions
This limited warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the owner of the property at the time the work was contracted. Our sole obligation shall be the repair or reinstallation, at our option, of any defective floor area. This express limited warranty is the only warranty given by Garage Floor Masters with respect to the services and products provided.
